Listen to today’s episode on Behind the Scenes of How I “Do It All” as a Work from Home Mom:

Episode Description:

Hey, Mama! This episode is such an exciting one because the Mama Turned Mompreneur podcast has hit a major milestone: we are officially at 100 episodes! To celebrate this exciting occasion, I decided to take you guys behind the scenes in a day in the life with me.

One question that I’m often asked by my clients and many of the mamas in my community is, “Andria, how do you do it all as a work from home mom?” This year one of my goals was to get more visible, and because of that, it seems like I’m everywhere and doing everything. So to answer this question in short, I don’t do it all. I am very strategic in what I focus on in my business. I also make sure to structure my business in a way that fits my current season of life.

I’m a wife and mama of two little ones (a 3-year-old and 1-year-old), and my family is my top priority, so I’ve built this business around them instead of trying to get them to fit the needs of my business. In this episode, I’m breaking down how my faith and family influence my business structure and what I focus on in my business as well as how I navigate the challenges that come with being a work from home mom.

Main Topics Covered in this Episode:

  • An overview of my daily routine as a work from home mom
  • How I structure my business and what I focus on in my business
  • Why I started prioritizing outsourcing and asking for help
